I always try to explain how I came to my conclusions. Regardless if some agree or disagree.
That said I don't understand why you feel you need to apologize to other posters for a valid opinion you had. Do you see any of these "supporters" ever posting a mea culpa of their own? They've been wrong on so many things for years.All you have to do is just state your new opinion that you believe Jones is the guy.
Anyone who judges you is the one who has the issues. Not you.
I was a lot more confident in Simms becoming a franchise quarterback than either Eli or Jones. So much so that I wanted Parcells gone after the 1983 season for starting Brunner over Phil. I was a little concerned about Eli until I met Y A Tittle at a trade show and he told me that Eli was really going to be good and they were set at quarterback for a long time. That was in August 2007 and we all know the rest of the story.
I don’t think anyone has to apologize for having an opinion. And everyone has the right to change their opinion. There are a few people who can’t deal with anyone that has an opinion different then theirs. They’re the ones with the problem if you want my opinion.
