if you have nfl network, redzone and watch highlight shows (even thou its highlights), most teams play well.
i see TE's who I never heard of making plays.
I see RB's who are making plays.
QB's, its been mostly the same cast for years, kyler murray and josh allen are new to the top mix. But the top mix of QB's is like 15 players deep or more. maybe 20.
OL's, most play well, and who are these guys, i dont know...exception is carson wentz eagles OL. ouch/8 sacks to 'the team'.
cardinals., the kyler murray for mvp drum starts, i say not so fast.
most usual 'good teams ' won , even thou good is relative to your division and upwards of 9 wins, especially with 2 extra playoff teams this year.
so eagles and cowboys falter, the 9 & 8 win teams of last year , that most here feel are great, lost. told ya !
bear v lions, easily worst game of the day, yeah yeah, bear came back, theyre awful , and matthew staffords career in detroit was a place and still is a place where he was never gonna win.
da Raiders of Las Vegas....sounds weird, but if Carr can have a good year, theyll be a wildcard.
bengals still stink and they mustve taught Burrow to be dumb, or it is just in their playbook, if you saw his last interception . ugh !
Bills- so who still says Josh Allen cant pass. he runs [yes], but if he can get accurate they can make noise.
Rams = seems easy to replace RB [gurley], it is why u never draft a RB #2 overall. I am still not sold on Goff, but pretty good receivers , guys that 2-3 years ago were guys no one knew and now make plays. is it qb play of wr. its a position the giants are in to find out .
cowboys - aldon smith is , was gonna make hof, wait that was 5-7 years ago, offensively w/ zeke, their receivers and prescott are formidable, so why they falter. because names that are bantered around on tv constantly does not mean they all are good.
eagles - 8 sacks of wentz. when does he get hurt again is the question. eagle fans demanding to go to next game just to Boo.
Packers -how do you go from 13-3, and then still get overlooked in nfc. people still look to seahawks, 49ers, saints, bucs....o-yeah then the pack. by the way, do you know their OL or backup RB, or who are their defenders, NO no no. everyones not a name or a big contract, yet theyre still a 13 win team IMO.
Redskins, umm 'the team'...they were established 1932, it said so in their endzone.LOL. Ill say this, as the saying goes, on any given sunday any team can win.
saints - drew brees makes it look easy, as with other elite qb's, shows if you pinpoint and place ball in the exact spot, almost any receiver becomes a star.
chiefs, ravens - are they better. can they be. too bad only one goes to SB.
the Minshew Jags, he was 19/20. but Jags are not good.
the Colts look like the chargers of san diego, wait , they have Rivers. they wont win much .
the Dolphins - just play Tua.
Vikings - a playoff team, but kirk Cousins, as said, many good QB's, up to 15-20, he is one of them. yesterday they slept for 3 quarters thou and thats on the coach.
the Russell Wilsons - no respect for seahawks. yet they win big.
Patriots - some things change, but some do not. after battling injuries for 2 years, Cam Newton runs on 2 of first 4 plays.
then runs some more. some guys do not learn, But it is bc it is his game. to transition to pocket passer as a steve young did decades ago or deshaun watson has done kinda mostly recently is not in Cams dna. I thought if he could, on that teams system, he would lead them to 13 wins. especially that he is playing for 30 million dollars in a future contract, he is making 1.75 million this year , talk about a chip on your shoulder. but after yesterday, theyre good, a 10 win team if he does not get hurt. But give it to Belichick, he played stone age football, 42 rushes for 217 yards. smash mouth and bloody your nose football. maybe they do win 13 and take out Ravens and Chiefs.
falcons - still the falcons. they peaked years ago, on the cusp of the playoffs, probably not thou.
the tampa bay Bradys - tom is still tom, but didnt they have a vaunted defense, i guess offense beats that in todays nfl.
their a playoff team, but they only have this year and next. time will eventually catch Brady (right?)
