1) Eli's bad throw resulting in an interception (right after Giants get a turnover stopping a Lions drive)
2) Marshall's drop (Where would you like the ball to be BM, somewhere other than your bread basket?)
3) Punt return for a touchdown. (That guy needed to be tackled. That return was more failed tackling right after the catch then the returner's skill)
4) Eli Apple, you are a #1 pick. Show some more ball hawk skills and don't get burned on the deep route.
Honorable Mentions
- The first down that wasn't. (After replay confirmation)
- Engram's first down that wasn't. (Engram should have found a way to get that first down. Show some wiggle big fella.)
- Several almost sacks where Stafford got away and made a first down
The game can hinge on different outcomes on less than a handful of plays. This game was no different.

That all said. The Giants OL stinks. Said it 2 years ago. Said it last year. Said it in the pre-season. And guess what, it still stinks.
The biggest thing for me is that there's no running game. The pass protection is bad, but if there was a running game, it would make the defense more honest and pass pro would subsequently improve. What's hardest for me to stomach, is that Coach Mac is on record as saying, "The running game is over-rated." When I heard him say that, I lost all respect for the man. Even if you don't like or believe in running the football, don't say it. That does two things, makes your players believe you don't care about the running game and makes the other team focus all the more on your passing game. That's just plain stupid to say that.
